电力调度操作危险点及防控策略探讨

摘　　要：为有效调节电力供需矛盾,提高电力供应质量和安全,电力调度操作至关重要。电力调度操作要求较高,且调度人员必须严格执行国家标准、行业规范。虽然行业内已经陆续出台了一系列调度操作要求,但是电力调度操作危险点较多,操作不当易出现电力事故,造成人员伤亡和经济损失。为提高电力调度操作水平,有关人员必须准确识别危险点,采取合理化控制措施。基于此,本文重点分析了电力调度的危险点及其防控策略,以期为实际工作提供参考与借鉴。In order to effectively adjust the contradiction between power supply and demand and improve the quality and safety of power supply,power dispatching operation is particularly important.However,the requirements of power dispatching operation are high,and the dispatcher must strictly implement the national standards and industry norms.At present,although a series of dispatching operation requirements have been issued in the industry,there are many dangerous points in power dispatching operation,and improper operation is prone to power accidents,resulting in casualties and economic losses.In order to improve the operation level of power dispatching,the relevant personnel should accurately identify the dangerous points and take reasonable control measures.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of power dispatching danger points and their prevention and control strategies,in order to provide reference for practical work.
