石墨烯纳米片增强复合锂基润滑脂的制备及性能研究

摘  要:将石墨烯纳米片(GNPs)分散在油酸中进行机械研磨,利用油酸对GNPs进行表面修饰改性,然后加入到复合锂基润滑脂中,考察了GNPs的加入对复合锂基润滑脂热安定性及减摩抗磨性能的影响。研究结果表明:少量GNPs的加入能够显著提升润滑脂的高温性和摩擦学性能。当GNPs质量分数为0.15%时润滑效果最好,相较于基础润滑酯,滴点由185℃提高到了204℃,磨斑直径和平均摩擦系数最小分别减小了20.5%和32.8%,极压性能方面,最大无卡咬负荷(PB)由334 N提高到了达到480 N,提高了43.7%。Graphene nanosheets(GNPs)were dispersed in oleic acid for mechanical grinding,and surface modification of GNPs was carried out using oleic acid.Then,they were added to composite lithium based grease to investigate the effect of GNPs addition on the thermal stability and anti friction and anti-wear properties of the composite lithium based grease.The research results indicate that the addition of a small amount of GNPs can significantly improve the high-temperature and tribological properties of lubricating grease.When the mass fraction of GNPs is 0.15%,the lubrication effect is the best.Compared with the basic lubricating ester,the drop point has increased from 185℃ to 204℃,and the minimum wear spot diameter and average friction coefficient have decreased by 20.5% and 32.8%,respectively.In terms of extreme pressure performance,the maximum non bite load(PB)has increased from 334 N to 480 N,an increase of 43.7%.
