摘 要:煤燃烧过程中氟元素会转化为挥发性氟化物释放出来,对生物体与环境都会有不良影响。因此,研究一种准确快速检测煤中氟元素含量的方法是非常有必要的。本文采用氢氧化钠作为熔剂,实现了在熔融过程中将煤中的氟元素快速捕获并检测。通过研究试样与熔剂比例、反应温度及时间、熔融温度、熔融时间对煤中氟元素含量测定的影响,综合确定了最佳实验条件。后续通过对该方法的检测下限、准确度及精密度进行实验评价,最终建立了一种可以准确、快速、批量测定煤炭中氟元素含量的分析方法。During the combustion of coal,fluorine will be converted into volatile fluoride and released,which will have adverse effects on organisms and the environment.Therefore,it is necessary to study a method for accurate and rapid detection of fluorine content in coal.In this paper,sodium hydroxide is used as the flux to realize the rapid capture of fluorine in the coal during the melting process,and the optimal experimental conditions are comprehensively determined by studying the effects of the ratio of sample to flux,reaction temperature and time,melting temperature and melting time on the determination of fluorine content in coal.Subsequently,through experiments on the lower detection limit,accuracy and precision of the method,an analytical method for the accurate,rapid and batch determination of fluorine content in coal was finally established.
