摘  要:为探究固体废物二噁英类检测过程中复杂基质对提取内标回收率产生的影响,本研究选取一批典型环境复杂基质固体废物样品和高性价比的添加物铜片和双氧水开展试验。结果表明,双氧水对固体废物样品具有一定的净化作用,但无法降低干扰物质对提取内标回收率的影响;铜片能有效去除固体废物样品中二噁英类检测的干扰物质,从而提高提取内标回收率,回收率随着铜片加入量的增加而逐步升高,达到一定量后,上升趋势趋于平缓。研究结果对固体废物中二噁英类测定提取内标回收率的影响提供了数据支持,且为深入研究复杂基质样品中二噁英类检测工作提供了技术支撑。In order to investigate the influence of complex matrix on the recovery rate of internal standards during the detection of dioxins in solid waste,this study selected a batch of typical environmental complex matrix solid waste samples and cost-effective additives such as copper sheets and hydrogen peroxide for experimentation.The results indicate that hydrogen peroxide has a certain purifying effect on solid waste samples,but cannot reduce the impact of interfering substances on the recovery rate of internal standards extraction.Copper sheets can effectively remove interfering substances in the detection of dioxins in solid waste samples,thereby improving the recovery rate of internal standards.The recovery rate gradually increases with the increase of copper sheet addition,and after reaching a certain amount,the upward trend tends to be flat.The research results provide data support for the impact of internal standard recovery rate on the determination and extraction of dioxins in solid waste,and provide technical support for further research on the detection of dioxins in complex matrix samples.
