摘 要:为了准确了解土壤与沉积物中金属元素的含量水平,介绍了一种基于ICP-AES的土壤金属元素测定方法。首先,根据研究需求,分别对实验设备、试剂及ICP-AES测定法的参数进行了设计,并初步确定了干灰法实验条件,然后以此为基础,对两种常见消解体系的应用情况进行了实验分析。为了验证实验分析结果的适用性,分别选择三种烧失量不同的土样作为研究对象展开了深入分析。通过实验分析可知:利用ICP-AES法测定土壤与沉积物中的金属元素时,最佳的灰化条件为:测定温度维持在550℃,升温速率为3℃/min,恒温时间维持2 h;最佳消解体系为:干灰化法-硝酸-氢氟酸消解体系,此研究对环境保护部门更加快速、安全的完成土壤金属元素测定工作提供重要参考。In order to accurately understand the content levels of metal elements in soil and sediment,a soil metal element determination method based on ICP-AES is introduced.Firstly,according to the research requirements,the experimental equipment,reagents,and parameters of ICP-AES determination method were designed separately,and the experimental conditions of dry ash method were preliminarily determined.Based on this,the application of two common digestion systems was experimentally analyzed.In order to verify the applicability of the experimental analysis results,three soil samples with different loss on ignition were selected as the research objects for in-depth analysis.Through experimental analysis,it can be concluded that the optimal ashing conditions for determining metal elements in soil and sediment using ICP-AES method are as follows:the measurement temperature is maintained at 550℃,the heating rate is 3℃/min,and the constant temperature time is maintained for 2 hours.The optimal digestion system is the dry ashing method nitric acid hydrofluoric acid digestion system,which provides important reference for environmental protection departments to complete soil metal element determination work more quickly and safely.
