摘 要:为了解决传统基于蒸馏处理纳氏试剂分光光度法测量水质中氨氮含量干扰因素多、测量影响因素大,一致性难以保证的问题,提出了一种新的分光光度法测量水质中氨氮含量的技术。首先采用斥水膜收集待测水样中的氨氮物质,然后利用分光光度法在400 nm处进行吸光度测试,该技术能够有效祛除水质中的干扰物质,从而保证测试的精度和一致性。结果表明,该分光光度法对水质中氨氮质量浓度的检出限为0.0072 mg/L,检测下限为0.029 mg/L,能够有效的提升水质中氨氮质量浓度的检测精度和一致性。In order to solve the problems of multiple interference factors,large measurement influencing factors,and difficult consistency in the traditional distillation based Nessler's reagent spectrophotometric method for measuring ammonia nitrogen content in water quality,a new spectrophotometric method for measuring ammonia nitrogen content in water quality is proposed.Firstly,a water repellent film is used to collect ammonia nitrogen substances in the water sample to be tested,and then the absorbance test is conducted at 400 nm using spectrophotometry.This technology can effectively remove interfering substances from the water quality,thereby ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the test.The results showed that the detection limit of this spectrophotometric method for ammonia nitrogen concentration in water quality was 0.0072 mg/L,and the detection lower limit was 0.029 mg/L.It can effectively improve the detection accuracy and consistency of ammonia nitrogen concentration in water quality.
