煤炭质量化验影响因素及其改进措施分析

摘  要:为了进一步提升煤炭质量化验工作水平,以某火力发电厂煤炭质量化验中存在的不足之处为研究实例展开分析,结合以往化验数据失真的情况,以能量平衡原理为基础,建立了修正化验结果的数学模型,由此做进一步分析。分析结果显示,本次基于数学模型修正数据的改进措施取得了一定的成效,能够获得更为准确的数据信息,预计其在今后的煤炭质量化验工作中将得到逐步的推广应用。In order to further improve the level of coal quality testing work,this paper takes the shortcomings in coal quality testing of a certain thermal power plant as a research example to analyze.Combined with the distortion of previous testing data,based on the principle of energy balance,a mathematical model for correcting the testing results is established for further analysis.The analysis results show that the improvement measures based on mathematical model correction data have achieved certain results and can obtain more accurate data information.It is expected that it will be gradually promoted and applied in future coal quality testing work.
