摘  要:以双环己酮草酰二腙(BCO)为显色剂建立了分光光度法测定汽车厂前处理化成槽液中铜含量的方法,在pH值8.20~9.20氨水-柠檬酸二铵缓冲溶液中双环己酮草酰二腙(BCO)与铜(Ⅱ)生成稳定蓝色的络合物,最大吸收波长600 nm。铜质量浓度在0~1 mg/L时服从比尔定律。槽液中的铁、铝、锌、锆可通过加掩蔽剂柠檬酸二铵消除干扰,用本文确定的方法测定了3个客户槽液中铜,相对标准偏差为1.0%~6.1%,其回收率为90.5%~109%。方法简单快速,成本低。A method of determining copper Amount in a film pretreatment process by Bis-Cyclohexanone Oxalydihydrazone(BCO)Spectrophotometry was studied.Cu(Ⅱ)interacts with Bis-Cyclohexanone Oxalydihydrazone(BCO)in ammonia-diammoni-um citrate buffer solution at PH 8.2~9.2,generating a blue complex.The complex exhibits maximum absorption at 600 nm.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~1 mg/L of copper.The iron,aluminum,zinc,and zirconium in the bath can be eliminated by adding masking agent diammonium citrate.The content of copper in three actual samples was determined by this method with relative standard deviation in the range of 1.0%~6.1%.The recovery was 90.5%~109%.The method is simple,fast and low cost.
