摘  要:在水质监测中,总磷测定是至关重要的指标之一,本文分别用传统手工法、便携式仪器法及自动仪器分析法3种方法测定总磷标准样品和实际样品,分析了测定结果。结果表明:3种方法测定的总磷结果无显著性差异(P<0.05),均可用于地表水中总磷的测定。In the monitoring of water quality,measuring total phosphorus in water quality is one of the crucial indicators.In this paper,the total phosphorus of standard sample and real sample was determined by the traditional manual method,automatic analyzer analysis method and portable method.Analysis results showed that the total phosphorus had no significant effects on the measurement(P<0.05)among the three methods,therefore the three methods can be used for the determination of total phosphorus in surface water.
