摘  要:工业生产中废水有着污染性高、成分复杂特点,要借助液相色谱法完成工业废水的检测,为废水排放达标提供数据参考。以某化工园区的硫污染看,常规的测定方法缺乏精度,为此本文提出了基于液液萃取的液相色谱法测定法,从实验准备出发,完成测定方案概述。其次,从色谱优化、前处理优化出发,优化测定参数,并开展方法学评估、实际样品检测,经过验证数据的讨论,液相色谱法可有效完成工业废水中单质硫含量检测,满足工业生产的环保需要。Wastewater in industrial production has the characteristics of high pollution and complex composition.It is necessary to use liquid chromatography to detect industrial wastewater and provide data reference for wastewater discharge standards.From the perspective of sulfur pollution in a certain chemical industrial park,conventional measurement methods lack accuracy.Therefore,this article proposes a liquid chromatography method based on liquid-liquid extraction for measurement.Starting from experimental preparation,an overview of the measurement plan is completed.Secondly,starting from chromatographic optimization and pretreatment optimization,the measurement parameters are optimized,and methodological evaluation and actual sample testing are carried out.After discussing the validated data,liquid chromatography can effectively detect the content of elemental sulfur in industrial wastewater,meeting the environmental protection needs of industrial production.
