摘  要:目的:提高铬天青检测法测定自来水中铝含量的效率和准确性。方法:在原方法基础上,对所有玻璃仪器进行硝酸预处理,排除铜、锰、铁和铝等金属离子的干扰;调整pH值后多加2滴硝酸并充分混合;显色过程中所需的4种试剂均需临用前配制,沿比色管内壁一次性定容后再摇匀。结果:优化方案在标准曲线0~0.250 mg/L范围内线性提升显著,相关系数r=0.9985~0.9997,标准点回算结果理想,环境标准样品测定结果准确。结论:优化方案简化了操作步骤,减少了系统误差,使结果更为准确。Objective:To improve the efficiency and accuracy of chromium azurol detection method for determining aluminum content in tap water.Method:Based on the original method,all glass instruments were pre treated with nitric acid to eliminate interference from metal ions such as copper,manganese,iron,and aluminum.After adjusting the pH value,add 2 more drops of nitric acid and mix thoroughly.The four reagents required for the color development process need to be prepared before use,and then shaken evenly after being diluted along the inner wall of the colorimetric tube.Result:The optimized solution showed a significant linear improvement within the range of 0~0.250 mg/L of the standard curve,with a correlation coefficient of r=0.9985~0.9997.The standard point regression results were ideal,and the environmental standard sample determination results were accurate.Conclusion:The optimization scheme simplifies the operation steps,reduces system errors,and makes the results more accurate.
