摘  要:由于矿井水中砷元素会通过溶解、沉淀、凝聚、络合等各种反应,形成不同的化学形态,最终通过土壤-植物系统经食物链进入动物和人体,其氧化物和盐类很容易通过消化道、呼吸道及皮肤吸入,从而导致生物体致癌、致畸、致突变性。本文充分发挥原子荧光光谱仪的优势,探索仪器工作条件,对不同浓度样品进行测定,进行精密度与加标回收率实验,建立了相应的原子荧光光谱仪的测定方法。实验证明该检测方法准确、快速,操作方便,检测线性范围宽、精密度高、准确度高。Due to various reactions such as dissolution,precipitation,coagulation,and complexation,arsenic in mine water forms different chemical forms and ultimately enters animals and humans through the soil plant system via the food chain.Its oxides and salts are easily absorbed through the digestive tract,respiratory tract,and skin,leading to carcinogenesis,teratogenicity,and mutagenicity in organisms.This article fully utilizes the advantages of atomic fluorescence spectrometer,explores the working conditions of the instrument,measures samples of different concentrations,conducts precision and spiked recovery tests,and establishes corresponding measurement methods for atomic fluorescence spectrometer.The experiment proves that this detection method is accurate,fast,easy to operate,has a wide linear range of detection,high precision,and high accuracy.
