摘 要:复合胶凝材料强度低,导致煤矿膏体充填材料性能下降。采用约束配方均匀设计,试验研究了硫铝酸盐水泥和石膏对复合胶凝材料强度的影响。当硫铝酸盐水泥掺量在14%以下、石膏掺量在16%以下时,复合胶凝材料的抗压强度提高。复合外加剂优化试验表明:H_(2)BO_(3)(0.3%)+Na_(2)SO_(4)(0.1%)和H_(2)BO_(3)(0.3%)+NaNO_(2)(0.1%)复合外加剂均能降低复合胶凝材料的初终凝时间,提高抗压强度,是理想的缓凝早强型复合外加剂。配比优化后的复合胶凝材料水化产物由于生成的先后顺序,并不相互抑制,它们交互生长,耦合在一起,从而促进了硬化体的生长。The low strength of composite cementitious materials leads to a decrease in the performance of coal mine paste filling materials.The influence of sulfoaluminate cement and gypsum on the strength of composite cementitious materials was experimentally studied using constrained formula uniform design.When the content of sulfoaluminate cement is below 14% and the content of gypsum is below 16%,the compressive strength of the composite cementitious material is improved.The optimization test of composite additives shows that both H_(2)BO_(3)(0.3%)+Na_(2)SO_(4)(0.1%)and H_(2)BO_(3)(0.3%)+NaNO_(2)(0.1%)composite additives can reduce the initial and final setting time of composite cementitious materials,improve compressive strength,and are ideal slow setting early strength composite additives.The hydration products of the optimized composite cementitious material do not inhibit each other due to the order of their generation.They grow and couple together,thereby promoting the growth of the hardened body.
