摘　　要：本文通过对高温法和低温法聚合釜生产SG8型工艺的研究,指出依据电石法工艺单体的质量特点,在生产中易出现黏数波动大、粒径分布广、易粘釜、蒸汽消耗高、易出现粘釜、杂质数超标、挥发份不合格、吸油率不高、蓝相不明显、表观密度波动大、筛余物过多等难题。结合研究结果,给出了合理解决方案。This article studies the production process of SG8 type by high-temperature and low-temperature polymerization reactors,and points out that based on the quality characteristics of monomers in the carbide process,problems such as large viscosity fluctuations,wide particle size distribution,easy to stick to the reactor,high steam consumption,easy to stick to the reactor,excessive impurities,unqualified volatile matter,low oil absorption rate,unclear blue phase,large fluctuations in apparent density,and excessive screen residue are prone to occur in production.Based on the research results,a reasonable solution has been proposed.
