摘  要:为降低因水质问题引发的锅炉事故,合成一种以水为溶剂含磷酸基、酯基、醚基、羧酸基和磺酸基于一体的共聚物(WT1#),其抑制CaCO_(3)沉积性能好,同HEDP、613效果相当,强于T225。抑制Ca_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)沉积效果很好,存在“临界值效应”。稳定锌盐效果与613相当,且对铁氧化物也具有很好的分散效果。应用该共聚物处理剂后,水垢厚度由原来的最大207 mm降低至20 mm以下,除垢效果明显。In order to reduce boiler accidents caused by water quality problems,a copolymer(WT1#)containing phosphoric acid,ester,ether,carboxylic acid,and sulfonic acid as a whole in water solvent was synthesized.Its ability to inhibit CaCO_(3) deposition is good,comparable to HEDP and 613,and stronger than T225.The inhibition effect of Ca_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) deposition is very good,and there is a"critical value effect".The stabilizing effect of zinc salt is equivalent to 613,and it also has good dispersion effect on iron oxides.After applying the copolymer treatment agent,the thickness of scale decreased from the original maximum of 207 m to below 20 m,and the descaling effect was significant.
