摘 要:越来越多的焦化企业面临着焦化轻苯中硫含量超标的问题,这不仅影响了焦化轻苯的质量和价格,还可能对后续加工的机械设备造成腐蚀。然而,由于焦化工艺的复杂性及其影响因素尚不明确,导致工厂不能及时采取有效的措施降低焦化轻苯中的硫含量。研究通过分析煤气净化工艺,采用库伦测定方法对煤气取样与硫含量检测,分析煤气净化工艺、配合煤中对焦化轻苯中硫含量的影响规律,并探究其产生的源头与过程,为焦化企业提出可行的优化控制措施具有十分重要的现实意义。More and more plants are facing the problem of excessive sulphur content in coked light benzene,which not only affects the quality and price of coked light benzene,but also may cause corrosion of mechanical equipment for subsequent processing.However,the complexity of the coking process and its influencing factors are still unclear,resulting in plants not being able to take timely and effective measures to reduce the sulphur content in coked light benzene.The study analyses the gas purification process,adopts the Coulometric method to sample the gas and detect the sulphur content,analyses the influence of the gas purification process and the coal on the sulphur content in coked light benzene,and explores the source and process of its generation,so as to put forward feasible and optimized control measures for the coking enterprises,which is of great practical significance.
