摘 要:随着科技的发展,人们开始逐渐意识到焦化行业中环保控制的重要性。为了提升焦炉的脱硝脱硫效果,研究设计了一种结合催化还原反应的工艺路线。过程中对脱硝反应的种类和放热情况进行了分析,在脱硝反应之后设置余热锅炉进行热量利用,通过催化剂作用将烟气中的氮氧化物与氨转化为无害物质。实验结果表明,在脱硫液pH值对脱硫效率的影响分析中,得出脱硫过程中最佳的pH值为8.7;研究方法在液气比为1.1~1.3区间时的一氧化氮脱除率保持在99.6%以上。说明研究方法能够以较高的效率进行脱硫脱硝。With the development of science and technology,people began to gradually realize the importance of environmental control in the coking industry.In order to improve the denitrification and desulphurization effect of coke oven,a process route combined with catalytic reduction reaction was studied and designed.In the process,the types of denitration reaction and heat release were analyzed.After denitration reaction,waste heat boiler was set up for heat utilization,and nitrogen oxides and ammonia in flue gas were converted into harmless substances through catalyst action.The experimental results show that the optimal pH value is 8.7 in the process of desulfurization.The removal rate of nitric oxide remained above 99.6%when the liquid-gas ratio was between 1.1 and 1.3.It shows that the method can achieve higher efficiency in desulfurization and denitrification.
