煤焦油加工储槽区域放散气治理技术研究

摘　　要：煤焦油几乎完全是由芳香族化合物组成的一种复杂混合物,在其进行储存、加工的过程中,存在异味逸散、油污污染等问题,造成作业现场环境恶劣。作业现场的放散气收集已成为亟需解决的问题,尤其对于使用多年的原料及产品储槽,在槽顶密封、物料取样、液位计配置等存在密封不严的问题,同时排气洗净塔的布局及收集处理能力受到限制,针对以上问题,本文通过优化放散气管道布局、取样器改造、液位计改造等一系列技术改造,实现我公司储槽区域放散气的完全收集处理。Coal tar is almost entirely a complex mixture composed of aromatic compounds.During its storage and processing,there are problems such as odor emission and oil pollution,resulting in a harsh working environment.The collection of exhaust gas at the work site has become an urgent problem to be solved,especially for the storage tanks of raw materials and products that have been used for many years.There are problems with poor sealing at the top of the tank,material sampling,and liquid level gauge configuration.At the same time,the layout and collection and treatment capacity of the exhaust cleaning tower are limited.In response to these problems,this article optimizes the layout of the exhaust gas pipeline,transforms the sampler,and transforms the liquid level gauge to achieve complete collection and treatment of exhaust gas in our company's storage tank area.
