针对丁醇精馏过程的故障诊断与危险源分析

摘  要:目前在化工生产丁醇的制备环节存在一定安全隐患。为了确保丁醇精馏过程的安全性,研究在丁醇生产流程中设计了风险诊断模型对工艺的危险源进行了分析。过程通过丁醇的精馏工艺分析和丁醇生产环节分析对过程中的危险因素进行分类,借助预先危险性分析法和事故树分析法对危险因素进行识别分析。研究结果表明,在丁醇精馏工艺中风险等级伴随着故障征兆程度的增强而上升,生产过程中的风险数值并不均衡,风险数值在工艺中的最大变化幅度为82.19%。研究方法的风险防控模型能对的丁醇精馏过程的危险因素基本覆盖。因此,研究模型为丁醇化工精馏工艺提供了一个有效的故障诊断和危险源分析模型。Currently,there are certain safety hazards in the preparation process of butanol in chemical production.In order to ensure the safety of the butanol distillation process,a risk diagnosis model was designed in the butanol production process to analyze the hazards of the process.The hazardous factors in the process are classified through the analysis of the distillation process of butanol and the production process of butanol.The pre hazard analysis method and accident tree analysis method are used to identify and analyze the hazardous factors.The research results indicate that the risk level increases with the increase of fault symptoms in the butanol distillation process,and the risk values in the production process are not balanced.The maximum variation range of risk values in the process is 82.19%.The risk prevention and control model of the research method can basically cover the risk factors of the butanol distillation process.Therefore,the research model provides an effective fault diagnosis and hazard analysis model for the butanol chemical distillation process.
