摘  要:为了解决某焦化企业气体脱硫设备再生塔在使用过程中腐蚀严重、影响生产稳定性的难题,综合使用光谱分析法、扫描电镜分析法等技术对腐蚀样件进行了全面分析,同时首次引入了流体仿真分析的方法对再生塔内部的流场特性进行了研究。结果表明,腐蚀物的关键成分是硫化亚铁,腐蚀的主要原因是再生塔内流场分布容易出现湿H_(2)S腐蚀及冲刷腐蚀,为优化再生塔结构及流场分布,减少腐蚀提供了理论支撑。In order to solve the problem of severe corrosion and affecting production stability of the gas desulfurization equipment regeneration tower in a coking enterprise during use,comprehensive analysis of the corroded samples was carried out using techniques such as spectral analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis.At the same time,fluid simulation analysis was introduced for the first time to study the flow field characteristics inside the regeneration tower.The results indicate that the key component of the corrosive material is ferrous sulfide,and the main reason for corrosion is that the flow field distribution in the regeneration tower is prone to wet H_(2)S corrosion and erosion corrosion.This provides theoretical support for optimizing the structure and flow field distribution of the regeneration tower and reducing corrosion.
