摘  要:结合工业废水的超标排放问题看,物理监测技术存在不足,需要关注生物监测技术的应用,科学反应污染物在生物体内的迁移转化。为此,本文将以部分企业的废水排放为例,先进行废水特征及监测指标的概述,然后基于发光细菌急性毒性、蚕豆微核、鱼类急性毒性等实验基础,借助PEEP(潜在的毒性效应)和CHIMIOTOX(预测毒性)等指数,开展工业废水法的生物综合毒性监测。最后,对废水毒性进行综合评价,能明确不同废水的综合毒性,为废水治理及排放标准设计奠定数据基础。Based on the problem of excessive discharge of industrial wastewater,physical monitoring technology has shortcomings,and attention needs to be paid to the application of biological monitoring technology to scientifically reflect the migration and transformation of pollutants in organisms.To this end,this article will take the wastewater discharge of some enterprises as an example,first summarize the characteristics and monitoring indicators of wastewater,and then based on experimental foundations such as acute toxicity of luminescent bacteria,micronucleus of fava beans,and acute toxicity of fish,use PEEP(potential toxicity effect)and CHIMIOTOX(predicted toxicity)indices to carry out comprehensive biological toxicity monitoring of industrial wastewater method.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation of the toxicity of wastewater can clarify the overall toxicity of different types of wastewater,laying a data foundation for wastewater treatment and discharge standard design.
