摘  要:聚焦于高效连续化生产技术在溴氯海因消毒杀菌剂制备中的创新应用,旨在探索并实现一种绿色、高效的生产工艺。通过设计一套完整的生产工艺流程,在此基础上开展了一系列条件实验,以精准确定最佳的生产参数。实验结果显示,在温度控制在20℃的恒定条件下,经过1.5 h的精确反应时间,并确保氯气过量比例为15%时,该生产工艺展现出了最为优异的性能。所制备的溴氯海因消毒杀菌剂不仅在产品质量上达到了国家标准的优等品水平,而且在生产过程中有效降低了能耗、减少了废弃物排放,充分体现了绿色化学的理念。This paper focuses on the innovative application of efficient continuous production technology in the preparation of bromochlorhain disinfection and fungicide,aiming to explore and realize a green and efficient production process.Based on the design of a complete production process,a series of conditional experiments were carried out to accurately determine the best production parameters.The experimental results show that the production process shows the best performance at a constant temperature of 20℃,with a precise reaction time of 1.5 hours and an excess chlorine ratio of 15%.The prepared bromochlorhain disinfection and fungicide not only reached the excellent level of national standards in product quality,but also effectively reduced energy consumption and waste discharge in the production process,fully reflecting the concept of green chemistry.
