摘 要:实在现代石油化工生产中,为了更加精确和高效地完成油品中含苯量的测定,可以应用近红外光谱技术并展开试验。本文首先从测定实验出发,先进行原材料、仪器准备、试样的配制。其次,从建立定量分析模型、建模区间合理选择、建模谱图的预处理、主因子数选择、模型性质确定等方面进行含苯量测定的实验流程分析。最后,开展模型预测重复性、准确性的研究,以期望可以提高油品中苯含量测定的质量,满足化工生产的需要。In modern petrochemical production,in order to more accurately and efficiently determine the benzene content in oil products,near-infrared spectroscopy technology can be applied and experiments can be conducted.This article starts with the measurement experiment,first preparing raw materials,instruments,and preparing samples.Secondly,the experimental process analysis of benzene content determination is carried out from the aspects of establishing quantitative analysis models,reasonable selection of modeling intervals,preprocessing of modeling spectra,selection of principal factor numbers,and determination of model properties.Finally,research will be conducted on the repeatability and accuracy of model predictions in order to improve the quality of benzene content determination in oil products and meet the needs of chemical production.
