摘 要:为了研究中厚煤层工作面粉尘浓度分布规律并分析传统降尘措施的降尘效果,采用粉尘采样器分别在进风巷、工作面、回风巷、传统降尘措施实施点布置测点,检测测点位置的全尘、呼吸性粉尘质量浓度。结果表明:在进风巷-工作面-回风巷(主、辅)中全尘最高浓度点出现在采煤机下风侧5 m处,粉尘浓度值达到545.09 mg/m^(3);呼吸性粉尘浓度分布规律基本与全尘浓度分布规律相同,采煤机组下风侧5 m处呼吸性粉尘浓度最大,达到456.76 mg/m^(3),采煤机作业是呼吸性粉尘产生的最主要区域;工作面防尘网对较小浓度范围的粉尘的防尘效果不明显,转载点是粉尘浓度增大的重要影响因素。In order to study the dust concentration distribution law of the working face of medium and thick coal seam and analyze the dust removal effect of traditional dust removal measures,dust sampler was used to arrange measuring points in the inlet lane,working face,return air lane and the implementation point of traditional dust removal measures,respectively,to detect the total dust and respirable dust mass concentration at the measuring points.The results show that the highest concentration point of total dust in inlet lane,working face and return air lane(main and auxiliary)is 5 m on the downwind side of shearer,and the dust concentration reaches 545.09 mg/m^(3).The distribution law of respirable dust concentration is basically the same as that of total dust concentration.The concentration of respirable dust reaches 456.76 mg/m^(3) at 5 m on the leeward side of the shearer.The shearer operation is the most important area where respirable dust is produced.The dust control effect of the dust filter on the working face is not obvious in the small concentration range,and the transfer point is an important factor affecting the increase of dust concentration.
