摘 要:为有效控制玉溪煤矿1302综放工作面初次初放阶段工作面来压,设计采用初采切顶工程,通过理论计算、工程类比、现场观测等方法进行切顶方案设计及应用研究,结果表明:工作面垮落带高度为14.4 m,设计采用双向聚能爆破技术进行切顶,设计炮孔深度12 m、间距500 m等关键参数,切顶处理后,1302工作面顶板表现为分层分段垮落特征,初次来压未对支架造成损害,取得理想卸压效果。In order to effectively control the pressure of 1302 fully mechanized caving face in Yuxi Coal Mine at the initial stage of the initial caving,the design adopts the initial cutting top engineering.The cutting plan is designed and applied by theoretical calculation,engineering analogy and field observation.The results show that:The caving zone height of the working face is 14.4 m,the design adopts the bidirectional shaped charge blasting technology to cut the roof,the design hole depth of 12 m,the spacing of 500 m and other key parameters,after the cutting treatment,the roof of the working face of 1302 shows the characteristics of layered and segmented caving,and the initial pressure does not cause damage to the support,and the ideal pressure relief effect is achieved.
