摘 要:剩余污泥是污水处理的产物,粉煤灰是燃煤电厂的产物,两者都属于固体废弃物,都对环境造成很大的压力。文章研究了将剩余污泥和粉煤灰应用于生活污水处理的效果,考察了不同剩余污泥投加量、不同粉煤灰投加量、pH值和静置时间对生活污水污染物去除的影响,结果表明,当剩余污泥投加量为50 g、粉煤灰投加量为40 g、pH调节至7.8、反应30 min后静置20~25 min时,污水的处理效果最好,出水BOD_(5)去除率为84%~85.3%,COD_(Cr)去除率为86.4%~87.8%,SS去除率为75.8%~80%。此种以废治废的方法可减轻生活污水后续处理的压力,也解决了剩余污泥和粉煤灰处理难的问题。Residual sludge is a product of sewage treatment,while fly ash is a product of coal-fired power plants.Both belong to solid waste and cause significant environmental pressure.This paper studied the effect of applying residual sludge and fly ash to the treatment of domestic sewage,and examined the effects of different residual sludge dosage,fly ash dosage,pH value,and settling time on the removal of pollutants from domestic sewage.The results showed that when the residual sludge dosage was 50 g,the fly ash dosage was 40 g,the pH was adjusted to 7.8,and the reaction time was 30 min before settling for 20~25 min,the treatment effect of sewage was the best.The removal rate of BOD_(5) in the effluent was 84%~85.3%,the removal rate of COD_(Cr) was 86.4%~87.8%,and the removal rate of SS was 75.8%~80%.This method of treating waste with waste can reduce the pressure of subsequent treatment of domestic sewage and solve the problem of difficult treatment of residual sludge and fly ash.
