摘  要:以催化裂化装置为例,研究其烟气特性,系统研究了脱硝技术的应用策略。首先,分析了催化裂化的烟气成分、浓度和排放特点,明确了烟气特性对脱硝技术选择的影响因素。其次,对比了选择性催化还原(SCR)、选择性非催化还原(SNCR)、SNAR非氨基还原等脱硝技术的优缺点,并探讨了它们在不同装置烟气处理中的适用性。在此基础上,提出了一套基于烟气特性的脱硝技术优选原则。最后,通过实例分析,验证了所提出策略的有效性和可行性,为行业脱硝技术的选择和优化提供了理论依据和实践指导。This article takes the catalytic cracking unit as an example to study its flue gas characteristics and systematically researches the application strategy of denitrification technology.First,it analyzes the composition,concentration,and emission characteristics of flue gas from catalytic cracking,clarifying the influencing factors of flue gas characteristics on the selection of denitrification technology.Second,it compares the advantages and disadvantages of selective catalytic reduction(SCR),selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR),and SNAR non-ammonia reduction denitrification technologies,and discusses their applicability in the treatment of flue gas from different units.Based on this,a set of optimization principles for denitrification technology based on flue gas characteristics is proposed.Finally,through case analysis,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategy are verified,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the selection and optimization of denitrification technology in the industry.
