摘 要:为了解决煤泥、煤矸石等固废垃圾处理效率低、污染大的不足,以某型50 t/h循环流化床燃煤锅炉为对象,对掺烧固废垃圾可行性进行了分析,重点研究了不同掺烧比例下循环流化床燃煤锅炉的运行特性,发现当固废垃圾产生比例超过45%时会影响锅炉的正常运行。针对性的提出了炉温及设备负荷优化、掺烧比例优化、风量及床压优化等方案,实现了循坏流化床燃煤锅炉对固废垃圾的高效处理,年经济效益达到了1120万元/台。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high pollution in the treatment of solid waste such as coal slurry and gangue,a feasibility study was conducted on the co combustion of solid waste in a 50 t/h circulating fluidized bed coal-fired boiler.The operating characteristics of the circulating fluidized bed coal-fired boiler were studied under different co combustion ratios,and it was found that when the proportion of solid waste generated exceeds 45%,it will affect the normal operation of the boiler.Targeted solutions have been proposed for optimizing furnace temperature and equipment load,blending ratio,air volume,and bed pressure,achieving efficient treatment of solid waste by circulating fluidized bed coal-fired boilers with an annual economic benefit of 11.2 million yuan per unit.
