摘　　要：在碳达峰、碳中和的战略决策部署下,吉林省化工行业作为能源及工业领域的重要产业,实现该省化工行业的降碳减排是重点工作。本文以吉林省化工行业为研究对象,分析2013—2022年化工行业发展的基本情况,经济效益以及化工行业的能源消耗情况和碳排放量,发现吉林省化工行业碳排放存在化工企业减排意识欠缺、减排方案不够具体、减排技术落后的问题,对碳排放问题进行分析和研究得到以下减排对策:构建绿色低碳制造体系、发展化工业循环经济、实施低碳技术变革。Under the strategic decision-making deployment of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the chemical industry in Jilin Province,as an important industry in the energy and industrial fields,is a key task to achieve carbon reduction and emission reduction in the province's chemical industry.This article takes the chemical industry in Jilin Province as the research object,analyzes the basic situation,economic benefits,energy consumption,and carbon emissions of the chemical industry from 2013 to 2022.It is found that there are problems in the carbon emissions of the chemical industry in Jilin Province,such as a lack of awareness of emission reduction among chemical enterprises,insufficient specific emission reduction plans,and outdated emission reduction technologies.The analysis and research on carbon emissions issues have led to the following emission reduction measures:building a green low-carbon manufacturing system,developing a circular economy in the chemical industry,and implementing low-carbon technological changes.
