摘  要:广东某市园区污水处理厂基于现状A^(2)/O微曝氧化沟工艺,对10000 t/d处理规模污水由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级B标准和广东省《水污染物排放限值》中规定的城镇污水处理厂第二时段一级排放标准较严者进行提标改造,改造工艺为粗格栅+细格栅+旋流沉砂池+A^(2)/O微曝氧化沟(好氧区采用MBBR)+二沉池+高效沉淀池+纤维转盘滤池+紫外消毒,提标改造后执行标准为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准和广东省《水污染物排放限值》中规定的城镇污水处理厂第二时段一级排放标准较严者。改造后环保效益显著,每年减排COD 40.0 t,总氮39.5 t,氨氮25.8 t,总磷2.5 t。此成功案例可为其他类似污水处理厂提供重要的技术参考与经验借鉴。Based on the existing A^(2)/O microaerobic oxidation ditch process,a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 10,000 tons per day in a certain city in Guangdong Province underwent an upgrading project to meet stricter standards outlined in the Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants(Grade B,Level 1)and the Guangdong Provincial Discharge Limits for Water Pollutants during the second phase for urban wastewater treatment plants.The upgraded process includes coarse and fine screens,vortex grit chambers,A^(2)/O microaerobic oxidation ditches(with MBBR in aerobic zone),secondary settling tanks,high-efficiency sedimentation tanks,fiber disk filters,and ultraviolet disinfection.Post-upgrade,the plant complies with Grade A,Level 1 standards of the Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants and the stricter standards during the second phase for urban wastewater treatment plants as per Guangdong Provincial Discharge Limits for Water Pollutants.The environmental benefits post-upgrade are significant,with annual reductions of 40.0 tons of COD,39.5 tons of total nitrogen,25.8 tons of ammonia nitrogen,and 2.5 tons of total phosphorus.This successful case serves as an important technical reference and experience for similar wastewater treatment plants.
