摘　　要：《产品质量监督抽查实施细则》是专门为监督产品质量情况而定制的规范,也是判定监督产品质量不合格的依据,它与产品标准既有相同点又有不同处。以皮鞋产品为例,在监督抽查过程中如何正确执行《产品质量监督抽查实施细则》,又不背离产品标准的规定,各承担监督抽查的抽查部门或执行单位应给予高度重视。Product Quality Supervision and Random Inspection Implementation Rules are customized for the supervision of product quality,and are also the basis for determining the unqualified quality of supervised products,which have both similarities and differences with product standards.Taking leather shoes products as an example,how to correctly implement the Implementation Rules for Product Quality Supervision in the process of supervision and random inspection,without deviating from the provisions of product standards,the random inspection departments or implementation units should pay great attention to it.
