摘 要:高纯石英是硅产业高端产品的物质基础,广泛运用于光伏、电子信息、光通讯和电光源等行业,在新材料新能源战略性新兴产业中具有重要地位和作用。南大别山地区赋存丰富的脉石英矿产资源,但其作为高纯石英原料研究程度低,尤其是对石英中杂质元素含量以及质量评价方法缺乏系统认识,很大程度制约了该区高纯石英原料的进一步找矿突破。本文通过对南大别山地区新发现的脉石英矿点中杂质元素种类、含量、赋存状态及成矿条件等方面对比研究,总结影响高纯石英原料矿质量的因素。通过对比不同质量石英的岩相学特征发现,石英的颜色、光泽、结晶度、裂隙发育程度、消光现象可作为南大别山脉石英质量评价指标。南大别山地区脉石英SiO_(2)含量最高可达99.89%,塘梨岩脉石英提纯后杂质总量为37.89 mg/kg,SiO_(2)含量达到99.9962%≥4N5,说明南大别山地区部分脉石英矿石可以作为高纯石英原料。High purity quartz is the material foundation of high-end products in the silicon industry,widely used in industries such as photovoltaics,electronic information,optical communication and electric light sources.It plays an important role in the strategic emerging industries of new materials and new energy.The southern Dabie Mountains region has abundant vein quartz resources,but its research level as a high-purity quartz raw material is low,especially,there is a lack of systematic understanding regarding the content of impurity elements in quartz and the methods for quality evaluation,which greatly restricts the one-step exploration of high-purity quartz raw materials in this area.This article conducts a comparative study on the types,contents,occurrence states,and ore forming conditions of impurity elements in newly discovered vein quartz deposits in the southern Dabie Mountains region,and summarizes the factors that affect the quality of high-purity quartz raw materials.By comparing the lithological characteristics of quartz of different qualities,it was found that the color,luster,crystallinity,degree of fracture development,and extinction phenomenon of quartz can be used as quality evaluation indicators for quartz in the southern Dabie Mountains.The highest SiO_(2) content in vein quartz in the Southern Dabie Mountains region can reach 99.89%.After purification,the total impurities in Tangliyan vein quartz are 37.89 mg/kg,and the SiO_(2) content reaches 99.9962%≥4N5,indicating that some vein quartz ores in the Southern Dabie Mountains region can be used as high-purity quartz raw materials.
