摘　　要：探索通过流程模拟软件和技术应用为炼化企业工艺防腐、生产优化、数字化转型提供支撑。工艺防腐方面,利用流程模拟软件Aspen Plus计算蒸馏装置常顶油气NH4Cl生成温度,以及常顶油气注水后液态水比例,通过优化常顶注水降低蒸汽和瓦斯消耗。换热网络优化方面,利用流程模拟软件Petro-SIM计算延迟焦化装置分馏塔回流取热比例,通过提高柴油上回流量,降低瓦斯消耗。数字化转型方面,提出利用流程模拟实现软测量,探索了利用流程模拟代替超声波检测仪进行循环水流速测定,提出利用流程模拟和信息化技术实现水冷器循环水流速的在线监测;建议基于最新版Petro-SIM软件实施“全流程技术分析”应用场景,打通炼油和化工,实现炼化一体化模型在线计算,对月度计划排产数据在线验证,为计划优化模型提供主要装置的delta-base数据,测算优化方案经济效益。This paper explores how to provide support for process corrosion prevention,production optimization and digital transformation of refining and petrochemical enterprises through process simulation software and technology application.In terms of process corrosion prevention,the process simulation sofware Aspen Plus is used to calculate the NHCl generation temperature of atmospheric overhead oil and gas in distllation units and the proportion of liquid water after the atmospheric overhead water injection,and the steam and gas consumption are reduced by optimizing the atmospheric overhead water injection.In terms of heat exchanger network optimization,the process simulation software Petro-SIM is used to calculate the heat recovery ratio of the fractionator in delayed coking unit,and the gas consumption is reduced by increasing the upper reflux rate of diesel.In terms of digital transformation,it proposes to use process simulation to realize soft measurement,explores the use of process simulation instead of ultrasonic detector to measure the flow rate of circulating water,and proposes to use process simulation and information technology to realize online monitoring of circulating water flow rate of water cooler.It is recommended to implement the application scenario of"whole process technical analysis"based on the latest version of Petro-SIM software,connect the industrial channels of refining and petrochemical industry,realize online calculation of refining and petrochemical integration model,verify the monthly planning and scheduling data online,provide delta-base data of main units for planning optimization model,and calculate the economic benefits of optimization plan.
