气力输送技术在球形氯化镁载体生产过程中的应用研究

摘  要:球形氯化镁载体是制备球形聚烯烃催化剂的重要粉体原料,其运输与投料以往采用包装桶充氮气封装、小批量转移,操作过程密闭化和连续化水平需提升。经过对球形载体粉体性质的检测,以及用气力输送器和粉体输送泵对球形载体的流化特性进行研究,制定了正压气力输送的技术路线。研究表明当输送距离为垂直方向6m、水平方向1m,以20L发送罐试验机进行模拟试验,平均表观气速为1.7m/s,输送压力差为0.15MPa时,球形载体输送的固气比能达到180kg/m^(3);以500L发送罐试验机进行工业侧线试验,通过设备优化和输送参数调整,固气比可以提高至200kg/m^(3),且输送后球形载体形态仍维持圆润的颗粒形态,制备的聚烯烃催化剂性能优良。经过近一年的工业化应用,采用气力输送后,球形氯化镁载体出料和筛分包装环节的操作效率显著提升,操作环节密闭化和自动化程度明显增强,人工操作强度降低相比原工艺,效率提升了8.5倍。Spherical magnesium chloride supports are crucial powder materials for the preparation of spherical polyolefin catalysts.In the past,their transportation and feeding involved nitrogen-filled packaging barrels and small-batch transfers,necessitating enhanced levels of closed and continuous operation.Following the examination of the powder properties of the spherical supports and research on its fluidization characteristics by using pneumatic conveyors and powder transfer pumps,a technical route for positive pressure pneumatic conveying was established.Research shows that when the conveying distance is 6 meters in the vertical direction and 1 meter in the horizontal direction,simulation tests were conducted using a 20L sending tank test machine.When the average apparent gas velocity was 1.7m/s and the conveying pressure difference was 0.15MPa,the solid-to-gas ratio for spherical support conveying reached 180kg/m^(3).Industrial sideline tests were performed using a 500L sending tank test machine.Through equipment optimization and adjustment of conveying parameters,the solid-to-gas ratio could be increased to 200kg/m^(3),and the spherical supports maintained their rounded particle morphology after conveying,resulting in excellent performance of the prepared polyolefin catalysts.After nearly a year of industrial application,the use of pneumatic conveying significantly improved the operational efficiency of spherical support discharge,screening,and packaging processes.The degree of closed and automated operation was notably enhanced,leading to an 8.5-fold increase in efficiency compared to the original process.
