摘　　要：目的了解贵阳市男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)焦虑、抑郁现状,分析MSM焦虑、抑郁的相关影响因素。方法通过方便抽样法招募MSM,问卷收集MSM人口学、性相关特征与行为、其他健康相关行为信息;采用社会支持量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表测评MSM的社会支持、焦虑和抑郁;进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)抗体血清学检测;利用SPSS 20.0软件建立多因素logistic回归模型分析MSM焦虑、抑郁的影响因素。结果共计招募到420名MSM,合格问卷403份,合格率为95.95%;MSM焦虑、抑郁检出率分别为23.82%、32.51%;多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,最近1周是否发生同性肛交性行为、最近1个月平均每天吸烟量、社会支持是MSM焦虑的影响因素;月收入、最近1个月平均每天吸烟量、社会支持是MSM抑郁的影响因素。结论贵阳市MSM人群中有一定比例的轻度焦虑、抑郁症状患者,焦虑、抑郁与收入、性相关行为、吸烟、社会支持有关。Objective To learn the anxiety and depression status of men who have sex with men(MSM)in Guiyang and analyze its related influencing factors causing MSM anxiety and depression.Methods MSM were recruited by convenient sampling method.Demographic,sex-related characteristics,and behaviors of MSM and other health-related behaviors were collected through questionnaire.Social support scale,self-rating anxiety scale,and self-rating depression scale were used to assess MSM's social support,anxiety and depression.Serological detection of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)antibody was carried out and SPSS 20.0 software was used to establish a multi-factor logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of MSM anxiety and depression.Results A total of 420 MSM were recruited and 403 questionnaires were qualified with a pass rate of 95.95%.The positive rates of MSM anxiety and depression were 23.82%and 32.51%respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the occurrence of homosexual anal sex in the last week,average daily smoking amount in the last month,and social support were the influential factors of MSM anxiety.Monthly income,average daily smoking in the last month,and social support were the influencing factors for MSM depression.Conclusion There are a certain proportion of patients with mild anxiety and depression among MSM in Guiyang which are related to income,sex-related behaviors,smoking,and social support.
