摘 要:集输站场在发生停电此类公用工程失效的场景时,多个泄压源可能同时向火炬管网泄压,造成管网存在重大风险,目前的LOPA分析只针对单一泄压源实现了SIL定级,未考虑多个泄压源作用下的风险叠加。针对以上问题,在事故树模型的基础上,实现了同一初始事件下泄压组合、泄压路由和泄压路由发生概率的求解,基于现场案例进行安全阀背压和马赫数的核算,实现了高风险路由的筛选,并由此确定了不同泄压源对应安全仪表回路的SIL定级。结果表明,随着泄压组合数的增加,泄压路由的发生概率逐渐降低;常规LOPA分析中设备A、B、C的SIL等级分别为1、1、1,基于多个泄压源的LOPA分析中设备A、B、C的SIL等级分别为2、1、1,SIL定级结果更具科学性和可靠性,实现了LOPA分析的修正。此研究结果可为站场完整性管理水平的提升提供实际参考。In the case of failure of utilities such as power outage in gathering stations,multiple pressure relief sources may release pressure to torch pipe network at the same time,resulting in major risks for the pipe network.The current LOPA analysis only realizes SIL grading for a single pressure relief source,without considering the risk superposition under the action of multiple pressure relief sources.In response to this issue,based on the accident tree model,the solution of pressure relief combination,pressure relief route,and probability of pressure relief route occurrence under the same initial event is realized.Based on on-site cases,the back pressure and Mach number of safety valve are calculated to realize the screening of high-risk routes,and the SIL grading of safety instrument circuit corresponding to different pressure relief sources is determined.The results show that the probability of pressure relief routing decreases with the increase in the number of pressure relief combinations.In the conventional LOPA analysis,the SIL levels of equipment A,B,and C are respectively 1,1,and 1.In the LOPA analysis based on multiple pressure relief sources,the SIL levels of equipment A,B,and C are respectively 2,1,and 1.The SIL grading results are more scientific and reliable,and the correction of the LOPA analysis is realized.The research results can provide practical reference for improving the integrity management level of stations and yards.
