摘  要:为了适应智慧管网集中化、智能化要求,提出了一种软交换与视频会议融合通信方案。该方案将电话交换与远程视频会议在物理层及应用层进行融合,采用“1+1”统一通信服务器作为核心设备及管理平台,实现两种应用系统的统一管理及功能融合。管理平台采用私有云虚拟化资源池配置,减少硬件设备;采用QOS机制,实现生产调度电话优先通行以及紧急会议优先通行,电话交换与视频会议无缝切换;私有云与公有云通过VPN隧道连接,实现公有云与私有云互为主备,安全运行。该方案实现了集约化管理,避免了系统之间信息孤岛问题,同时解决了人员密集会议产生的安全风险,在解决了信息孤岛的同时,又不影响生产,大幅提高了管道生产调度的安全性,在实际工程中应用良好。In order to meet the requirements of centralization and intelligentization of smart pipeline network,a communication scheme of the fusion of softswitch and video conference is proposed.In this scheme,telephone switching and remote video conferencing are integrated at the physical layer and application layer,and"1+1"unified communication server is used as the core device and management platform to realize unified management and function integration of the two application systems.The management platform uses a private cloud virtualization resource pool to reduce hardware devices.QOS mechanism is adopted to achieve priority access for production scheduling calls and emergency meetings,and seamless switching between telephone switching and video conference.Private clouds and public clouds are connected through VPN tunnels,enabling public clouds and private clouds to work in active/standby mode,and operate securely.This scheme realizes intensive management,avoids the problem of information islands between systems,and solves the security risk caused by intensive personnel meetings.While solving the problem of information islands,it does not affect production,greatly improves the security of pipeline production scheduling,and is applied well in actual projects.
