摘 要:近年来随着国家经济的快速发展,埋地长输油气管道与使用阴极保护系统的管道、电气化铁路与交直流输配电系统交叉并联现象愈加频繁,可能引起杂散电流对长输油气管道的干扰,如果不进行处理,会发生腐蚀问题。为了解决上述问题,对西部地区某长距离输油管道实施杂散干扰电流监测,结合现场研究开发应用了一套管道杂散电流监测系统,该系统能够按设定要求自动采集、存储、上传交流排流电流、直流排流电流、自然电位、通电电位、断电电位、管道交流干扰电位,通过4G网络将长输管道杂散电流排流装置检测测量的参数传输到监控中心服务器上,实现对长输管道排流时间的全天候监控。依据交流杂散电流排流标准及现场测定的干扰数据,提出针对性排流方案。排流后,检测到交流杂散电流大幅降低,满足杂散电流管控的相关规定。安装排流装置后可增强管道的使用年限,减少因管道腐蚀导致泄漏造成环境污染及所带来的危害。In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the phenomenon of crossconnection between buried long-distance oil and gas pipelines,pipelines using cathodic protection systems,electrified railways,and AC/DC transmission and distribution systems has become increasingly frequent.The above situations may cause interference from stray currents on long-distance oil and gas pipelines,if left untreated,corrosion problems will inevitably occur.In order to solve the above problems,stray interference current monitoring is implemented on a long-distance oil pipeline in the western region.In combination with on-site research and development,a pipeline stray current monitoring system is developed and applied.The monitoring system can automatically collect,store,and upload AC discharge current,DC discharge current,natural potential,on potential,off potential,and pipeline AC interference potential according to the set requirements.The parameters detected and measured by the stray current discharge device of long-distance pipelines are transmitted to the monitoring center server through the 4G network,achieving 24-hour monitoring of the discharge time of long-distance pipelines.Based on the AC stray current discharge standards and interference data measured on-site,targeted discharge plans are proposed.After discharge,a significant decrease in AC stray current is detected,meeting the relevant regulations for stray current control.After installing the discharge device,the service life of the pipeline is greatly enhanced,environmental pollution and safety accidents caused by pipeline corrosion leakage are reduced.
