摘 要:为解决油田CO_(2)/H_(2)S腐蚀及结垢问题,以油酸和二乙烯三胺为反应底物合成咪唑啉中间体(MZ),利用曼尼希反应对MZ进行膦酸化改性,合成了兼具缓蚀阻垢性能的一体化药剂(MZ-P)。通过红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱对产物进行了结构表征,并通过静态阻垢法、动态失重法、电化学法、表面分析(疏水性测试、扫描电镜、腐蚀产物能谱分析)及量子化学分析等对MZ-P的缓蚀阻垢性能及机理进行了探究。MZ-P属于阳极型缓蚀剂,能够同时提供和接受电子,进而通过化学键和反馈键自发的吸附在N80钢表面,并形成疏水性的物理保护屏障,阻止腐蚀性离子侵入N80钢表面,达到缓蚀的目的。动态失重法研究表明:MZ-P在油田模拟采出水中对N80钢具有良好的缓蚀性能,在温度80℃、转速100 r/min、CO_(2)分压3 MPa及H_(2)S分压0.1 MPa条件下,质量浓度为200 mg/L的MZ-P对N80钢的缓蚀率可达到91.32%,腐蚀速率降低至0.062 mm/a。静态阻垢法研究表明:在80℃下,MZ-P质量浓度为200 mg/L时,对碳酸钙和硫酸钙的阻垢率分别可达85.2%及83.9%。MZ-P具有良好的缓蚀能力和一定的阻垢能力,对解决油田腐蚀结垢问题有一定的指导意义。In order to solve the problem of CO_(2)/H_(2)S corrosion and scale formation in oilfields,imidazoline intermediate(MZ)is synthesized with oleic acid and diethylenetriamine as reaction substrates,and then MZ is modified by phosphorylation via Mannich reaction to provide targeted product(MZ-P)with corrosion and scale inhibition properties.The structure of the product is characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and the corrosion and scale inhibition properties and mechanism of MZ-P are investigated by static scale inhibition method,dynamic weight loss method,electrochemical method,surface analysis(hydrophobicity test,scanning electron microscope,corrosion product energy spectrum analysis)and quantum chemical analysis.MZ-P is an anodic corrosion inhibitor,which can provide and accept electrons at the same time,and then spontaneously adsorb on the surface of N80 steel through chemical bonds and feedback bonds,and form a hydrophobic physical protective barrier to prevent corrosive ions from invading the surface of N80 steel,so as to achieve the purpose of corrosion inhibition.The study of the dynamic weight loss method shows that MZ-P has good corrosion inhibition performance on N80 steel in oilfield simulated produced water.Under the conditions of 80℃,100 r/min,CO_(2)partial pressure 3 MPa,and H_(2)S partial pressure 0.1 MPa,the corrosion inhibition rate of 200 mg/L MZ-P on N80 steel can reach 91.32%,with a corrosion rate of 0.062 mm/a.The study of static scale inhibition method shows that the scale inhibition rate of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate can reach 85.2%and 83.9%,respectively,at 80℃,when the concentration of MZ-P is 200 mg/L.MZ-P has good corrosion inhibition capability and certain scale inhibition ability,which provides guiding significance to solve the problem of oilfield corrosion and scale formation.
