摘　　要：在管道热收缩带补口施工和工艺评定中,安装温度的制定是热收缩带安装工艺控制难点,多依靠现场经验。为研究安装温度对于多相材料的匹配性,开展底漆涂层—热熔胶—搭接区防腐层多相材料实验研究,对热熔胶环球软化点、黏流温度、多相材料不同温度下的表面张力、表面接触角、剥离强度及耐热水浸泡后的剥离强度进行测定,确定热熔胶粘结性能的影响规律。实验表明:可通过测试漆涂层—热熔胶—搭接区防腐层表面张力确定防腐补口中热收缩带最佳安装温度;耐热水浸泡120天后的剥离强度破坏状态能更准确评价热熔胶粘结性能;该热收缩带的最佳安装温度是底漆涂层表面安装温度大于85℃,搭接区PE表面温度大于110℃,胶层加热温度110~130℃。该研究成果可为热收缩带防腐补口施工技术提供指导,保障管道长期安稳运行。In the construction and PQT of heat shrinkable tapes used in joint coating,the determination of installation temperature is a difficult point in the process control of heat shrinkable tape installation,which often relies on on-site experience.In order to study the compatibility of installation temperature with multiphase materials,an experimental study is conducted on multiphase materials with primer coating,hot melt adhesive,and overlapping area PE.The softening point,viscous flow temperature,surface tension,surface contact angle,peel strength of multiphase materials at different temperatures,and peel strength after hot water immersion are measured to determine the influence law of hot melt adhesive property.The experiment shows that the optimal installation temperature of heat shrinkable tapes used in joint coating can be determined by testing the surface tension of the primer coating,hot melt adhesive,and overlapping area PE.The peel strength failure state after 120 days of hot water immersion can more accurately evaluate the property of hot melt adhesives.The optimal installation temperature for this heat shrinkable tape is that the surface installation temperature of the primer coating is greater than 85℃,the surface temperature of the overlapping area PE is greater than 110℃,and the heating temperature of the hot melt adhesive is between 110℃and 130℃.The research results can provide guidance for the construction technology of heat shrinkable tapes used in joint coating,ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of pipelines.
