摘  要:支气管哮喘是一种复杂的异质性疾病,具有许多临床和生物学表现,涉及多种潜在的病理生理机制。近几十年来,支气管哮喘的生物标志物已成功用于疾病的诊治与监测。在临床上,有各种有创和无创的血液和气道检测方法来评估高T2型支气管哮喘。本文综述了高T2型支气管哮喘的发病机制及其生物标志物,以期为支气管哮喘的临床诊疗提供参考。Bronchial asthma is a complex and heterogeneous disease with many clinical and biological manifestations,which involves a variety of underlying pathophysiological mechanisms.In recent decades,biomarkers of bronchial asthma have been successfully used in the diagnosis,treatment and monitoring of the disease.In clinical practice,there are various invasive and non-invasive blood and airway testing methods to assess high T2-type bronchial asthma.This article reviews the pathogenesis and biomarkers of high T2-type bronchial asthma,in order to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma in clinical practice.
