摘　　要：由于发病因素和机制不够明确,耳鸣是现今难治疾病之一。近年来针灸治疗耳鸣的研究越来越多,且已取得较好的临床疗效。但是耳鸣的治疗效果仍因人而异,为探究影响耳鸣疗效的相关因素,本研究对近年来针灸治疗耳鸣的相关文献进行整理总结,主要从耳鸣患者基础情况以及针灸治疗方案对疗效的影响这两方面进行讨论,希望能为今后针灸治疗耳鸣的发展提供方向和理论依据。Tinnitus is one of the most intractable diseases because of the unclear pathogenic factors and mechanisms.In recent years,there are many researches on acupuncture and moxibustion for tinnitus with good clinical effects.However,the curative effect of tinnitus still varies from person to person.To explore the related factors that affect the curative effect of tinnitus,this study sorts out and summarizes the relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of tinnitus in recent years,discusses the basic situation of tinnitus patients and the influence of acupuncture treatment scheme on the curative effect,so as to provide direction and theoretical basis for the future development of acupuncture treatment of tinnitus.
