摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿重症监护室早产儿护理中发育支持联合爱抚和触摸对睡眠质量、发育效果、并发症的影响。方法:选取本院新生儿重症监护室2020年1月至2023年10月收治的60例早产儿,按照抽签法分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组采取传统新生儿重症监护室护理,观察组基于对照组增加发育支持与爱抚和触摸护理措施,1个月后对比睡眠质量指标、发育效果指标、并发症总发生率差异。结果:观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),睡眠质量指标与护理后的发育效果指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:发育支持与爱抚和触摸可以改善新生儿重症监护室早产儿睡眠质量,促进生长发育并预防并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the effects of developmental support combined with caregiving and touch on sleep quality,developmental outcomes,and complications in the care of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit.Methods:Sixty premature infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group,by drawing lots.The control group received traditional neonatal intensive care unit care,while the observation group received additional developmental support,caregiving,and touch care measures based on the control group.After one month,differences in sleep quality indicators,developmental effect indicators,and total incidence of complications were compared.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the sleep quality indicators and developmental effects after nursing were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Developmental support,caressing,and touching can improve the sleep quality of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit,promote growth and development,and prevent the occurrence of complications,which is worth promoting.
