摘 要:目的 研究“讲授式教学法(LBL)+以问题为中心的教学法(PBL)+以具体案例为中心的教学法(CBL)”三轨教学模式在心血管内科临床教学的应用。方法 选取60名首次到安徽中医药大学第一附属医院心血管内科实习的本科医学生作为教学对象,分为LBL+PBL组、LBL+CBL组和LBL+PBL+CBL三轨组,每组20人,各组分别采取对应授课方式教学4周。实习结束后,比较三组理论成绩、教学满意度。结果 LBL+PBL+CBL三轨组理论成绩高于LBL+PBL组、LBL+CBL组(P<0.01),且学生学习的兴趣程度、自我学习能力和自我解决问题能力方面的教学满意度均高于LBL+PBL组、LBL+CBL组(P<0.05)。结论 应用LBL+PBL+CBL三轨教学模式,能显著提高心血管内科实习教学质量,激发学生的学习热情,提高其临床实践能力。Objective To study the application of the three track teaching model"LBL+PBL+CBL"in the clinical teaching of cardio-Vascular medicine.Methods A total of 60 undergraduate medical students who first went to the cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese medicine for practice were selected as the teaching and research objects.They were divided into LBL+PBL group,LBL+CBL group and LBL+PBL+CBL group.Each group had 20 students,and the teaching time was 4 weeks.Each group adopted corresponding teaching methods.After the practice,the theoretical results and teaching satisfaction of the three groups were compared.Results The theoretical scores of LBL+PBL+CBL group were higher than those of LBL+PBL group and LBL+CBL group(P<0.01),and the teaching satisfaction of students in terms of learning interest,self-learning ability and self-problem-solving ability were higher than those of LBL+PBL group and LBL+CBL group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of LBL+PBL+CBL teaching model can improve the teaching quality,stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning,and improve students'clinical practice ability significantly.
