乌梅丸合黄连阿胶汤治疗寒热错杂型恶性肿瘤验案2则

摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是临床难治性慢性消耗性疾病,病因复杂、病程较长,常表现为本虚标实、寒热错杂的证候。中医药治疗恶性肿瘤,可以改善其术后并发症、减轻放化疗不良反应、提高患者免疫力、控制病情进展及延长生存期。乌梅丸与黄连阿胶汤均出自《伤寒杂病论》,为治疗寒热错杂证的经典名方。作者在临床实践中观察到,二方合用治疗恶性肿瘤寒热错杂证,效佳。文章收录、整理了以乌梅丸、黄连阿胶汤合用治疗食管癌、胃癌的验案2则,并附有按语总结临证治疗心得。Malignant tumors are clinically refractory chronic wasting diseases,the common-seen syndrome of malignant tumors is de-ficiency of vital qi and excess of pathogens and mixed coldness and heat with complex causes and long disease course.Traditional Chi-nese medicine treatment is good at relieving postoperative complication,alleviating toxic side reaction of radio-chemotherapy,enhanc-ing immunity,controlling disease progression,and prolonging survival period.Wumei pills and Huanglian Ejiao decoction are both from Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,which are famous classical prescriptions for the treatment of mixed cold and heat syndrome.In clinical practice,the authors observed that the combination of the two prescriptions for the treatment of malig-nant tumors with mixed cold and heat has a good effect.This paper collected and recorded two proved cases of esophageal cancer,gas-tric cancer treated by combined formula of Wumei pills and Huanglian Ejiao decoction with attachment of author's clinical treatment experience.
