二陈汤联合桂枝茯苓丸加味治疗痰湿互结型肥胖型2型糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨二陈汤联合桂枝茯苓丸加味对痰湿互结型肥胖型2型糖尿病肾病(T2DN)的干预作用。方法选择符合纳入标准的患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。两组均予西医基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用二陈汤联合桂枝茯苓丸加味,两组疗程均为12周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、中医症状积分、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、血糖、血脂、肾功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为80.00%(28/35),高于对照组的54.29%(19/35)(P<0.05)。治疗组中医症状积分、BMI、腰围、血糖、血脂、肾功能指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论二陈汤联合桂枝茯苓丸加味可以有效降低T2DN患者中医症状积分,改善糖脂代谢、肾功能及肥胖情况,有助于提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the intervention effect of Erchen decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of intermingled phlegm-dampness obesity type 2 diabetic nephropathy(T2DN).Methods Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group received basic treatment of Western medicine,and the treatment group added Erchen decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling pill on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The efficacy,TCM symptom score,BMI,waist circumference,blood glucose,blood lipid,renal function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%(28/35),which was higher than that of the control group(54.29%,19/35)(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM symptom score,BMI,waist circumference,blood glucose,blood lipids and renal function indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Erchen decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling pill can effectively reduce the TCM symptom score of T2DN patients,improve glucose and lipid metabo-lism,renal function and obesity,and contribute to improving clinical efficacy.
