加味小建中汤配合神阙灸治疗小儿脾虚泄泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析对脾虚泄泻患儿实施加味小建中汤配合神阙灸的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月—2022年12月抚州市临川区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的126例脾虚泄泻患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方案的不同分为小建中汤组、神阙灸组和配合组,每组42例。三组均给予常规西医治疗,其中小建中汤组在常规西医治疗基础上给予加味小建中汤,神阙灸组在常规西医治疗基础上给予神阙灸治疗,配合组在常规西医治疗基础上给予加味小建中汤配合神阙灸治疗,比较三组临床疗效和治疗前后的胃肠道症状评定量表(GSRS)评分。结果 配合组治疗总有效率95.24%(40/42)高于小建中汤组的80.95%(34/42)和神阙灸组的76.19%(32/42)(P<0.05),小建中汤组和神阙灸组治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,三组GSRS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,配合组GSRS评分低于小建中汤组和神阙灸组(P<0.05),小建中汤组和神阙灸组评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 加味小建中汤和神阙灸在小儿脾虚泄泻治疗中均具有一定的效果,相互配合可提升临床治疗总有效率,更好地改善患儿胃肠道不适症状。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaojianzhong decoction combined with Shenque(RN8)moxibustion on children with spleen deficiency diarrhea.Methods Clinical data of 126 children with spleen deficiency diarrhea treated in Linchuan Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Ac-cording to different treatment regiments,they were divided into Xiaojianzhong decoction group,Shenque(RN8)moxibustion group and combined group,with 42 cases in each group.The three groups were given conventional Westem medicine treatment,Xiaojianzhong decoction group was given Xiaojianzhong decoction based on conventional Western medicine treatment,Shenque(RN8)moxibustion group was given Shenque(RN8)moxibustion treatment based on conventional Western medicine treatment,and the combined group was given Xiaojianzhong decoction combined with Shenque(RN8)moxibustion treatment based on conventional Western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy and gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(CSRS)scores before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.24%(40/42)in the combined group was higher than that of 80.95%(34/42)in Xiaojianzhong decoction group and 76.19%(32/42)in Shenque(RN8)moxibustion group(P<0.05).There was no significant dif-ference between Xiaojianzhong decoction group and Shenque(RN8)moxibustion group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no sig-nificant difference in the score of gastrointestinal Symptoms Rating Scale(GSRS)among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the GSRS score of the combination group was lower than that of Xiaojianzhong decoction group and Shenque moxibustion group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between Xiaojianzhong decoction group and Shenque(RN8)moxibustion group(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaojianzhong decoction and Shenque(RN8)moxibustion have certain effects in the treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea in children,can improve the clinical efficien
