摘　　要：文章介绍白雪教授基于“玄府”理论,巧用资生丸化裁加减治疗老年衰弱综合征的经验。白教授指出,老年患者素体虚弱,或因饮食不节,或因情志内伤,或因外感寒邪,引起玄府开阖失司或闭郁不通,可导致气血津液运行不利、气机升降出入障碍,百病由此而生。久病气虚,气虚不能助心行水,使水饮停聚三焦,致脾肾气虚。玄府郁闭、神机不遂、脾肾气虚是老年衰弱综合征的基本病机,开通玄府、调畅气机、健脾益肾则是其治疗基本原则。Based on"Xuanfu"theory,Professor Bai Xue's experience in treating senile asthenic syndrome with Zisheng pills was in-troduced in this paper.Professor Bai pointed out that elderly patients are weak,or because of improper diet,or because of emotional in-ternal injury,or because of external cold evil,causing the opening and closing of the Xuanfu or closed stagnation,which can lead to the adverse operation of qi,blood and body fluid,qi movement and access obstacles,and all diseases are born from this.Chronic ill-ness is qi deficiency,qi deficiency can not help the heart to line water,so that water drink stop gathering three jiao,resulting in spleen and kidney qi deficiency.The basic pathogenesis of senile asthenia syndrome is the stagnation,the failure of the spirit mechanism and the deficiency of the spleen and kidney.
