电针配合中药热敷治疗颈源性头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察电针配合中药热敷治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果。方法 将68例颈源性头痛患者用随机数字表法分为两组,观察组34例应用电针配合中药热敷治疗,对照组34例应用电针治疗,均连续治疗5 d。比较两组治疗前后主诉疼痛程度分级法(VRS)评分及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,两组患者的VRS评分均显著降低,且观察组评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的76.47%(26/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合中药热敷治疗颈源性头痛,能更有效地降低患者VRS评分,减轻其疼痛症状,临床效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with Chinese medicine hot compress on cervical headache.Methods A total of 68 patients with cervicogenic headache were divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group(34 cases)and the control group(34 cases)were treated with electroacupuncture combined with Chinese medi-cine hot compress.The VRS score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Affer treatment,VRS scores in both groups were significantly decreased,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than that of the control group(76.47%,26/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Electroacupuncture combined with Chinese medicine hot compress in the treatment of cervical headache can effectively reduce the VRS score,relieve the patient's pain symptoms,and has significant clinical effect.
