清肺平肝饮治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨清肺平肝饮对小儿支原体肺炎血清炎症因子水平影响及疗效。方法 将150例支原体肺炎患儿分成试验组和对照组,各75例,试验组采用阿奇霉素加清肺平肝饮治疗,对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗。治疗期间,除发热采用布洛芬口服液退热治疗及保肝、保护心肌治疗外,均不使用其他治疗的中西医药物。观察两组发热消退时间、咳嗽消退时间、肺炎支原体IgM转阴率和血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]改善情况。结果试验组小儿支原体肺炎患者的发热消退时间和咳嗽消退时间均较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05);试验组的肺炎支原体IgM转阴率和血清炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8)改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 清肺平肝饮不仅可以有效减少小儿支原体肺炎患者发热和咳嗽时间,而且可以有效降低血清炎症因子水平,提高肺炎支原体IgM转阴率。Objective To investigate the effect of Qingfei Pinggan drink on the level of serum inflammatory factors in children with my-coplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into experimental group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with azithromycin and Qingfei Pinggan drink,and the control group was treated with azithromycin.During the treatment period,except for fever using ibuprofen oral solution to reduce fever and liver and myocardium protection treatment,no other therapeutic Chinese medicine and Western drugs were used.The time of fever and cough,the negative conversion rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM and the improvement of serum inflammatory factors[tumor necro-sis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)]in the two groups were observed.Results The duration of fever and cough in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The IgM negative conversion rate of mycoplas ma pneumoniae and the improvement of serum inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8)in experimental group were signifi-cantly beller than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Pinggan drink can not only effectively reduce the time of fever and cough in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,but also effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,Improve the conversion rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM to negative.
